Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At FIREHOX ENTERPRISE ("FireHox," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to deliver exceptional digital solutions, including Web Development, App Development, AI Solutions, and Cybersecurity services. Due to the custom nature of our work, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our dedicated team of professionals.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making any payments or signing project agreements.

2. Custom Development Services

TL;DR (Simple English)

Refunds for web and app development are milestone-based. Once work on a milestone begins and is approved, payments for that phase are generally non-refundable.

For Web Development and App Development projects, we typically structure payments in milestones (e.g., initial deposit, design approval, development, deployment).

  • Initial Deposit: The initial deposit is non-refundable once the project strategy, wireframing, or design phases have commenced.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed and approved milestones are strictly non-refundable.
  • Mid-Project Termination: If a project is terminated by the client during an active phase, a pro-rated refund may be issued for uncompleted work, subject to deduction for resources already allocated.

3. AI Solutions & Cybersecurity

Due to the intensive research, architecture, and deployment efforts required for AI and Cybersecurity solutions, refunds are highly restricted.

  • Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial security audits, AI feasibility studies, or consultations are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
  • Implementation: Once deployment or integration of AI models or security infrastructure begins, the associated costs cannot be refunded.

4. Maintenance & Retainer Contracts

TL;DR (Simple English)

Cancel anytime with a 30-day notice. We do not refund past months of service.

For ongoing services such as server maintenance, SEO, AI monitoring, or monthly retainer agreements:

  • Payments are processed on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as agreed.
  • Clients may cancel future billing by providing a 30-day written notice.
  • We do not offer refunds for periods where services have already been rendered or for the current active billing cycle.

5. Project Cancellations

In the rare event that FireHox is unable to complete a project due to unforeseen internal circumstances, we will provide a full or pro-rated refund for the incomplete portions of the project.

If the client fails to provide necessary assets, feedback, or communication for more than 30 consecutive days, FireHox reserves the right to suspend the project. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and reactivation fees may apply.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds take 7-14 business days to process and will be returned to the original payment method.

To request a refund, clients must submit a formal written request outlining the reasons for cancellation. Our management team will review the request against the project agreement and milestones completed.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
